Scope

Chinnect provides online display, ordering, payment, Order Vouchers, email notifications, pickup information, and support for physical SIM cards from a China mobile operator.

A physical SIM order reserves airport pickup. On-site staff verify and process it under the relevant operating or service partner's requirements; success means the SIM was activated and handed over.

GCSL is the operator of this website, your contracting party and the seller of the physical SIM. It receives order payments and issues refunds through Stripe and is responsible for customer support and after-sales service. Airport and other on-site service points only perform the verification, activation, and handover shown in the order; they are not the website operator, contracting party, seller, payment or refund party, or customer-support or after-sales entity.

Customer Responsibility

Provide an accurate contact name and an email address that can receive order messages. Each physical SIM requires one applicant aged 18–65 to attend with their own valid passport; one passport may be used for one SIM only.

Before purchasing, confirm your travel date, arrival city, pickup point, and phone service needs. Incorrect information requires customer cooperation to resolve.

Payment And Fulfillment

Orders are prepaid in full. After successful payment, the platform updates the voucher and sends fulfillment details to the checkout email.

Pickup points, hours, and handling requirements may change due to airport, operator, or partner updates. The platform will help communicate when exceptions occur.

Restrictions

The service may not be used in violation of local laws, operator rules, or third-party platform rules.

The platform may reject or cancel an order because of risk controls, payment issues, availability or service-point changes, or another condition that prevents acceptance or fulfillment, with refunds handled under this policy.
