Decide whether you need a local number

First decide whether you need a +86 number, SMS, or local calls. Chinnect currently offers a physical SIM with passport-based activation. A third-party app's acceptance of any number remains subject to that app's current rules.

Reserve before arrival

Select a plan, arrival city, and airport pickup point that match your trip. Use an email address that can receive the Order Voucher, and rely on the purchase page for current availability and price.

Collect the SIM at the airport

Follow the latest written route and images on the pickup page, arrive during published business hours, and present your own passport. Recheck the guide before departure because airport operations can change.

Activate the SIM before use

After the operator completes passport-based SIM activation, confirm that the phone recognizes the SIM and that data and SMS work. Plan validity and renewal rules are the terms shown when you order.

Check eligibility and booking details

For the plans currently offered on this website, each SIM requires a different applicant aged 18–65 to attend with their own valid passport. One passport can be used for one SIM. This also applies to bookings for several people.

Enter a contact name, email and expected pickup date, then check the city and pickup point. The website does not collect passport numbers or images; staff check the passport at pickup. Online payment does not activate the SIM.

Track your order and save the voucher

Keep the complete website order number and checkout email. Once payment is confirmed, the order page and email provide your Order Voucher and directions. Follow the order guide if an email is missing, you change devices, or your trip changes.
