Choose only a published pickup point
The pickup directory lists active points published from GCSL. Each detail page can include the terminal, exact location, business hours, written directions, a route map, and on-site photos.
Keep the voucher but recheck the live guide
Email and the order page confirm the plan, pickup point, and payment status. Airport hours and routes can change, so open the live pickup page again before departure.
Confirm the terminal first
Large airports can have multiple terminals and arrival floors. Verify the terminal, then match the floor, area, nearby landmarks, and on-site images rather than relying on the airport name alone.
Allow time for passport registration
There may be a queue and the operator must check the passport. Do not schedule pickup during an extremely short connection; completion remains subject to the service point's identity checks.
